Aerial Hoop (Lyra)

Aerial Hoop, also known as Lyra,  is a suspended, circular steel apparatus used to perform aerial acrobatics. Learn techniques and tricks from an experienced aerialist! All levels of experience welcome. Classes are tailored to participants and level of individual experience.

Musical Theater

Musical Theater

Musical theater dance classes explore the stories and emotional content of musicals and communicate them through music with movement and dance. We work dance technique in warm ups and across the floor in jazz, hip hop and tap in a musical theater style.

Dress Code: Comfortable clothing, leggings, shorts, sports bra, t-shirt or tank top. Jazz shoes and tap shoes. Character shoes if desired.

Tap

Tap Dance is a timeless art that combines dance and percussion. Tap dancers are not only dancers, but musicians with their feet! This class explores the fundamentals of tap, sound and rhythm.

Dress Code: Comfortable clothing, shorts, pants, leggings, sports bra, tank or t-shirt. Tap shoes
